Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. CE Hair Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours so we can assist you.
