Cancellation Policy

CE Beauty Empire – Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, CE Beauty Empire requires the following booking policies to be observed. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Deposits A $30 non-refundable security deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals may also result in shortened services to avoid delays for other clients. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay full service fees upfront for future bookings. Service Changes Any changes to services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day changes are not guaranteed and may affect pricing or availability. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due in full at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Acknowledgment CE Beauty Empire values your time and ours. These policies allow us to provide high-quality service while respecting all scheduled clients. Booking an appointment confirms your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
